Subscribe to the BlogPersonally i would put 5 points on the ranged weapon specialization, 2 on the combat experience and 3 on the careful aim. I prefer Lots of RAP.
I wouldn't know which 10 points to deduct from, but yeah.

[Spankin Bank]Being so deep into MM and have zero points in Ranged Weapon Specialization is really a waste. Seriously, that's one of the staple talents in MM tree.
You should get 2/2 Go For The Throat. It is great for both PvE and PvP; especially since you do not have access to Bestial Discipline. In PvE, you need some way for your pet to replenish focus or else it will lose aggro and deal less dps. Also in PvP, it is very useful if you have a Windserpent (which most MM hunters do) because every time you crit, your pet get 50 focus to blast people with a strong ranged attack that's not mitigated by armor (i.e. Lightning Breath).
You probably don't need Concussive Barrage. I'd probably spend the points elsewhere.
Improved Arcane Shot is really not that great now that this shot has been nerfed. Still, if PvP is a concern, then i can see how you would want the shortened cooldown.
