Did you try? I don't see why you shouldn't be able to. There might not be a yellow ! to signal you for the quest but it should still be avalible.

a yellow ! above him it just means your too high to see the quest anymore. Not to beonfused with not being able to DO the quest anymore. Just go and talk to him and the quest will still be there for you to pk up. It's

ok well im a full elemental shaman... i like to use daggers, i beleive itan help me DPS if im out of mana.
